Default Crustaceans for trigger & puffer?

I have a niger trigger and a valentini puffer. The snails in the tank have been safe so far. I need some more clean up crew. I would like to add some crabs to the tank without them being viewed as food. What kind of crabs and snails will they not eat? Anyone with experience please let me know.

Im pretty sure the will eat whatever the want when they want to.

I think as long as you keep them nice and full, they should leave them alone....
but you can't stop them from being curious

I have found that Emerald Crabs, larger hermits, and any snails that are larger then the triggers mouth should be alright as long as you keep the fish well fed.
