I looked at Princess Auto on the south side the other day. They didn't have any. That really sucks if they do now as I ordered some form China.

I wouldn't waist your money, you're basically spending $30 on one hole saw as the only one you'll ever use is the 1 5/8" (42mm). I've drilled many, many holes the smallest one Ive ever used is 42mm and that was rare, 45mm is the standard for most 3/4" and some 1" bulkheads.

Rather buy exactly what you need from TKH Diamond Tools Best deal I've ever found, and I can vouch for them, they work well. |

Ebay... I bought a 65mm hole saw for a 2" bulkhead and landed on my doorstep about $25 for everything. If you want I can look up the name of the seller .. it was from Hong Kong, but really, seriously, it was like $15 for the bit and $10 for the postage.

And if ebay not really your thing, I believe mops.ca (based in Ontario) sells diamond hole saws in the $20-30 range. You need a 1-3/4" hole for a 1" bulkhead. And that's assuming a sched40 bulkhead (black). Sched80 (grey I think?) is even thicker walled and will require a larger hole size for 1".

Oops. Well, I don't need to look up the name of the ebay vendor I used .. it's the same one spshelps has linked to. So basically I can vouch for that vendor as well.
