well Tom, after reading your tank writup, I ordered some Ocean Nutrition Formula 1 and 2. Tank is AWESOME. Just one Q on the food, do you float it, or sink it? Seems to simk like a rock when try, but my fish only want to eat food in water column ATM

Thx in advance

I only use a couple of pinches and I sprinkle it into the tank 8 or 10 pellets at a time. I try to limit the amount to ensure that all pellets are eaten before they hit the bottom. You should judge the quantity by the number of pellets required the number of fish to be fed.

Wow...
Therealbigal and I both went out to see toms tanks last night.
There is no possibility of doing these tanks and his fish room justice with photos and words no matter how nice they are.
At Toms, we found a wealth of information for amatuers to pros and some major motivation for anyone who is looking for ideas for their next setup as it is a very well planned and thought through system from top to bottom.

All Tom did was speak of the great people he had met through this website and through the reef network all the while being very humble about the tanks he was standing in front of while doing so.

Tom, thank you for the frags and thank you for taking the time to answer the questions of a couple bright eyed and bushy tailed reefers, I look forward to being able to duplicate your kindness to other hobbyists as well half of your success in reefing.

Thanks for having us, I look forward to attending one of the reef network dinners in the future, you sure sold us on breakfast thursday morning...
