![]() wow that means that I read 0.7 on the syringe so I only have 150ppm of calcium? It is new ro with io salt with no live stock just water and live rock. The calcium level on instant ocean salt is very low

![]() My bucket of IO salt mixes up at 370 ppm at a salinity of 1.025. Double check your test...that sounds a bit too low. Also, what's your salinity at? Have you checked?

![]() i never liked using the "low res" version of the salifert calcium because of the "low res" nature of it. You get so many tests out of it anyways.
