Lost after 18 days in QT, all seemed okay prior.

I've had two so far. One has been with me for 18 months but lived in a fellow reefer's tank for over a year.

My previous potter's angel I had for 2 years, but I lost due to a large anemone (H. magnifica) going into a distress condition and releasing something (possibly shed nematocysts) which wiped out my entire tank of fish.
