New Camera... Springs here
 First new bird of spring... Couldn't resist seeing how the camera did - good thing this shot worked cuz birdie flew away before I could get another picture.

 lmao - ok... fine... make me dig out the field guide... Common Redpoll (Carduelis flammea) Snow? what snow? Do you know how warm it's been here?

A male Carduelis Flammea, to be specific. I have to say that I miss the Bombycilla garrulus (Bohemian Waxwing) that Edmonton has at this time of year.

Spring is here !
