Where sells this light in Edmonton?

Does anyone know of a place that sells this bulb in edmonton or similar. I looked at all the regular places (Rona,Home Depot, etc...) but all the lights simalar to it don't say what Kelvin they are and they don't special order bulbs. Only fixtures. This one I'm looking for is 5100 K. I would rather find this light or equivelent in Edmonton. (easier to replace if needed)

Looks pretty good to me. I'm sure they regular ones are fine but wow. It's just so much better.

Litemor in Calgary has them, different brand but the same thing. I imagine the Edmonton location has them as well, somebody here recommended Litemor but I don't recall who.
