![]() I'm going out to Kelowna for a while and I was wondering if anyone could let me know what's around there for fish stores? I'd like to visit a few provided I can trick the g/f into it somehow.
"Honey I heard about this great shoe store that disguises itself as an aquarium shop, want to check it out?" It might work. ![]() |

![]() Reefkeepers is great but they have limited hours. I think they are open Weds, Thurs, and Fri. evenings as well as during the day on Sat. You might want to contact them to confirm their hours as they both work regular jobs during the week. Last time I was in to see Jack at AZ Autotech on Kirshner he was in the middle of selling everything off but he has done this before and then gotten back in to the hobby. The only other places that carry saltwater livestock in Kelowna are Petcetera and Total Pet but they are the usual large pet store chains with marginal quality at best. Also Pet City in the Mission park shopping mall has been getting quite a bit better with his Saltwater selection lately. I am still amazed that a city the size of Kelowna does not have more in the way of saltwater aquarium stores. I actually ran into the owners of the Aquarium Illusions store from Edmonton when I was in Total Pet in Kelowna several months ago and they were considering the idea of starting an Aquarium Illusions store in Kelowna but I have not heard anything since then.
