This is probably a ridiculous question, given that this is already the 11th, but....I suppose a meeting on the 13th isn't happening, is it?

Given that the board was down made it pretty difficult for communications to take place.
Nobody's fault, really, IMO.
Just one of those unfortunate $%&*@ happens things.
