I used Canadian web hosting.. err.. its a company..

www.canadianwebhosting.com

great prices.. service is good or you could use www.bluehost.com unreal total bandwidth usage and space.

the cheapest by far i have found is either

or if you don't mind using their sub domain
http://awardspace.com it's free
