Default Odd for a Damsel?

Yellow tail Damsel is digging a hole in the subtrate between tank wall & rock. Actually moving larger pieces by mouth! Copying the sleeper gobie? Is this a sign that they may be breeding? or just a bit odd.

My domino damsel digs in the sand, and so does my tomato clown. Not all that unusual.

Weve got eggs! Now what do we do? The damsel spent a lot of time clearing out the sand under a piece of rock. Now the underside of the rock is covered in shiny little eggs! Would it be worth trying to get them out to hatch? Moving the rock is not feasable.
