| What are the flat shelled snails that come out at night? I have noticed some flat shelled snail like things that hide out in crevaces in my live rock during the day and come out at night. Does anyone know what they are? Are they ok? Raquel

| The shells your talking about are probably sort of, not completely flat, but have a slight curvature to them? Your probably thinking of stomatella snails. They are great for your reef! Chris

| Yes, they are slightly curved and beige colored. There are tons of them that come out at night. I am relieved to hear that they are good. Thanks for the info! Raq

| Yeah, very similar but not as frilly beneath the shell. Thanks for the pic. Raq
