great looking tank. quite impressed to see how well 1 bulb lights everything up!

I change about 40 gallons of water once a month. I know this is too much for a reef tank, but I'm too lazy to change a small amount of water every week, and since my corals are used to it, it doesn't bother me.
according to advanced aquarist, you've hit the money. They recommend a 30% water change once a month to be suffice. they found that frequent small water changes are quite useless at removing pollutants and replenishing minerals compared to less frequent large changes

It always amazes me to see someone create such a great looking tank in such a short time. I've been working on my tank for a year and a half, and still don't have anything that impressive to show for it. Maybe I just need to get out there and spend for some more corals.
