I see the forum heading, and the forum purpose have changed. It now looks as if it is a place for newbies to ask questions.

nope it was a place for posts that will help newbies, not a general question forum.. now we have two general question forum, I think instead of changing this one a stickey on how to use the "search" function would be better.
