Default Top Off system

well sense I started the whole thing running the otherday and I want to go camping agian this weekend I had to get busy on my top off system.

for now I am using a 5 gal jug onto pof my stan hooked to a float valve, later when I figure out how to get a tap to my stand I will hook up my RO with the spectrapure top off system.

this is the jug on top of the stand

a close up of the cap construction

a above shot of the float valve and bracket, the clamps are there to hold everything in place till the silicone dries. I siliconed the bracket to the side of the tank, it is above the water and no silicone touched the water.

and a shot of the mounting face for the float valve

Save on foods, and the lid came with it.. you just have to put a couple fittings togeather to make it work.. I think I have a spare one now..

What are your bubble baffles made out of?
And what kind of float valve are you using?

I am using the Kent float valve and my baffels are made of clear acrylic.
