I think you just download it, if I recall. Do you have the V-stick?

Yes the stick came with it, The desktop software isn't available on their website anymore for the Illumina
Hoping someone still had a copy sitting arround

I tried viewing with Internet Explorer a few times with no luck.
I could see a file tree but couldn't do anything?????
Tried Google Chrome and it was very different and I could download the files

Now that I have the software, Does anybody have any custom program files for the Illumina SR or suggestions on settings when it is first started up?

does anyone else have this fixture and have the V-Link that could update the firmware on my fixture

there has to be someone else in Calgary with a Vertex fixture that can help me with the upgrade
