You have 50x turn over which is what many people have in sps/mixed reef tank. You will understand when there's too much flow by looking at the fishes...they start talking ![]() When things start getting blown around, its too much flow for your tank.

![]() Do you have LPS? Many LPS are too fleshy for flow that strong and will retract and eventually recede. LPS like to jostle in the flow, not get stretched/blown sideways by the flow.
