![]() Just came across this information. State of Hawaii department of land and natural resources passed a law several days ago limiting aquarium fish collection on the west side of the big island. There is a white list of 40 fish species in the law. There is also a size and number of specimen collection limit on 3 popular aquarium fish from HI, yellow tang, kole tang and achilles tang. ![]() Did I read that correctly that basically no Zebrasoma flavescens (yellow tangs) are to be collected *at all* out of that zone?
Interesting read, thanks for the share! Lot of changes coming out of Hawaii lately. A lot of passionate debate/opinions on this, for sure.
