Default How Do U frag

Hey guys
I have a striped mushroom that when fully expanded is the size of a toonie. Well i want to frag it so it will produce any as many little mushrooms as posible how do i do it?

Don't quote me, but I don't think you can frag mushrooms by cutting, I think they have to naturally split on there own.

No you can cut them i just wasnt sure how. shift_47 cuts them in half but i can get ahold of him to ask him so i was asking at the LFS and they said just cut a piece off. Didnt trust them so i am asking experienced reefers now

Mushrooms are easily fragged with a razor blade. Cut thru the middle and make pizza slices. You'll have to keep them on some rubble in a container so they don't float away on you, or just pop them in a hole in the rock with a piece of substrate to hold them down, just so they can peek out and get some light.

Emily do you just cut them in halfs like or what. How many time should i do it and should i do it?

At that size I'd do in half, but wait until you have your other problems under control.

Is it possible to permenently remove a shroom? I have one on a rock with a bunch of zoo's and it always expands and covers them.
