Default Coraline vrs Zoos

Who will win that is the question ??? This battle has been going on for years and years as soon as the Zoos take the upper hand the coralline swoops in and smoothers purple everywhere. Is this a never ending battle ? Only time will tell.... Will the Purple Bandit strike again ? Or will the Nuclear Green's radiate with there zooxanthellae algae. " OH THE HUMANITY " Tune in next week it will only end one way but only time will tell .

Alot of people are dipping Zoas for pests and nuisance algae with 3% hydrogen peroxide. is safe and also seems to nuke coraline from my experience, it goes all white.

just depends if the colony is attached or free to pull out of tank and treat.

I always do a fresh water dip when adding new corals to remove pests but I have never done a peroxide dip. Its a small rock so I could do a peroxide dip to zap the coralline and let the zoas thrive. Are we talking about dipping in pure peroxide and for how long ?
