F/S tunze 7096 and 2x 6105

selling 2 tunze 6105's, both were purchased the middle of april 2012 along with the 7096 controller. the one pump was only used for 3 months, just been waiting to get the other one back from warranty.
one is the new style motor block, just got this back from warranty so it is still new.
looking for $650 for the everything
willing to ship at buyers expence.
