![]() Took this clump that was growing across the sand of one corner of my display out today:
![]() The picture doesn't really do it justice, under the blue LED lights the white swirls on the leaves were practically glowing. It's really quite a pretty plant, but I don't want it taking over my tank. Assuming it's not something really nasty, I'm happy to give this clump to someone with a macroalgae dominated refugium... |

![]() Caulerpa racemosa var. peltata.
Very aggressive macro, take it out asap if you can. Even if you like macro algae, this type gives other macro algae a bad name. Grows fast and smothers other macro algae and corals. It can regrow from just a few cells stuck on rock. |

![]() That's good to know! I'll be flushing it promptly. I think I got all of it out, only one tiny little tendril had made it to a rock, so it all came out of the sand really easily.
