Default Why price difference with Aragamax select and sugar sand?

These two items are on sale at JL but there is a 8 dollar price difference between the two. The only difference in the two products is select is .5 - 1.2 mm and sugar is .2 - 1.2 mm. Does anybody know why there would be such a price difference for these two products?

The sugar sand was just too fine for me. Didn't seem to keep the worms and stuff as happy. I've mixed the two on occasion, though. That seems to help. All in what you prefer I guess.

Default select & sugar

chin_lee, I ended up buying bags of both when I was mixing up my sand. I think I was able to achieve the best of both worlds, the select is a little larger but when mixed with the sugar it provides a good environment for the sand life and imo it looks really good.
