Default Dimable LED Driver

Need help finding a LED driver's Brands. Right now I have an Inventronics dimable LED driver. But when I dim it down to zero and there are still some percent of lights going through. Wonder if there any other brands have a zero percent of light going through when I dim it to zero.

Thanks for your help.

What are you using to dim them with? Which Meanwell do you have Troni? Many drivers require a hard power cut once they get down to 5%...if you use a controller, then this is very do-able...if not, it gets harder.

Potentiometer for manual dimming.

I have 2 Meanwells dimmed manually by a pot that go completely off. No visible light. I have the inventronics that dims but has to turned off via a controller outlet. I would have thought the other Meanwell would be the same.
