WTB: LED hood for JBJ Nano 28 or a chiller - Calgary

Hi I am looking to replace my hood on JBJ Nano 28 HQI as the tempreture is reaching 83F during the day. As an alternative I am looking for 1/10hp or 1/15hp chiller. Thx
