![]() Hey there,
I upgraded my son from a 3ish gallon to a brand new 10 gallon system. He bought it with his Birthday money. All is setup and looks great! Is the glass thickness on most tanks of this size or smaller 1/8th inch? That is what I researched and found. Also his smaller tank is the same thickness... I am nervous about the slight bow in the front, as it is larger and shows it compared to the smaller tank. It isn't a custom tank, so has the plastic top and bottom rim, so I shouldn't worry, but thought I would ask.

![]() I pull the top rim off all my small tanks , and there is a bit of a bow . Ive also taken apart a few small tanks to cut up and you would be surprised at how tough the glass and silicone really is .
