![]() I have found baby starfish in my tank.....I know a bunch of you are probably thinking, we all do!
But, I know baby brittles are common (mine are/were white before they were all eaten by my red coris wrasse) but the ones I see all over now are not brittles. I used to see a couple baby stars here and there (small enough to fit on the end of a pencil eraser), and thought they were neat....but yesterday I found 2 that are getting bigger (almost double or triple the size) and looks like they may have 6 legs (Someone may have been nibbeling), then I found other smaller ones...so who knows how many are in there! Currently I have a green brittle star, a choc. chip, and a Bali.....are the babies just stow-aways? Should they concern me? I once had a choc. chip 'disappear', so would it be pieces of that one starting off as new? ![]() |
