What are these guys through-out my sump?
and are they ok surviving in there?

Not sure what they're called but harmless and adds to the biodiversity. Found in many sumps & skimmers & tanks.

Just a type of worm/feather duster, good guys, don't worry.
I must be tired though, thought your title said THROW-OUT your sump... Was going to tell you not to do it.

fan worms, could easily reach 2, 3 hundreds of them in my overflows and sumps.
