how do you guys deal with salt creep and condensation using that style of conector? over a marine enviorment I can see thoes coroding in no time. do you have an option to go to a cannon style sealed conection?

You need to have your LEDs behind an acrylic shield. That goes for any kind of LED fixture the salt will damage the LEDs and especially the heatsink if its not shielded the heatsinks in use for LEDs these days typically are not anodized, they are just raw aluminium so they need protecting.

Optionally you can go further and cover the connectors with silicone.

Oh and condensation is usually not a problem because you will have some fans in there constantly moving the air.
