Free Food In Instant Ocean Salt

So has anyone tried that free food that come in the bucket of Instant Ocean salt? If so, is it any good? Alternative to frozen food in a nutritiuos gel...........hmmm I dont know. I'd rather have the free t-shirt.

I tried it on the reef tank, fish seem to like it and I like the fact that the gel holds it together, corals kick into feed mode when I fed it as well.
