![]() Just wanting to know if anyone has been to Island Pets Unlimited in Burnaby lately??
I know they use to be Big Al's and have changed their name to Island Pets. But do they still have alot of freshwater fish like Big Al's use to??

![]() That is not good to hear, I am just looking for a couple of freshwater bettas so nothing really to special. They carry different types compared to the ones we get here just the regular veiltails. I did get a response that they have alot of bettas to choose from that are different so that is good and I hope they do when I get there.
I don't have saltwater anymore but do they carry saltwater fishes, corals etc like big al's use to??

![]() To get more info and other opinions on Island Pets, try the BC Aquaria website. Many people like them, some don't and I noticed that only 1 person has responded with their opinion so you might get a better feel for how they are from http://www.bcaquaria.com/forum/.

![]() How about Pets Beautiful in Vancouver? I have ordered fish from April before, and her fish are always healthy and very well priced. I haven't seen the store in person though, and I'm not sure what she carries for Bettas, but well worth the email imo.
