Did you catch the game on the weekend?

If it wasn't for Morrison's first career hat trick, and that late scramble for his third, you might be less cocky (figuratively speaking of course).

Hey look, a Calgarian that cares about hockey . Even though they sure as hell know they won't make the playoffs for the next five years

well, I will be watching the game from the stands.
I didn't even know Calgary still had a hockey team, seeing as you never see them when it comes to playoff time

I'm just trying to remember the last time Calgary or Vancouver won the Stanley Cup... Calgary in 1989, Vancouver in... oh, that's right, never! Unless you count the Vancouver Millionaries in... 1915. Heck, even Victoria has won since then (in 1925), and they don't even have a team!

But honestly, I don't like hockey, and Edmonton winning in the sport that isn't driven by American dollars is more important to me (even though half the players are Americans who couldn't get into the NFL).

DOH! The Nucks will have to fix that soon. Is Vancouver the only Canadian team that hasn't won a Cup?
