Default Microworms as food!?!?

Hey guys
Have any of you used microworms as food? They're tinyass little worms that I use for my cichlid or betta fry. I'm just wondering if they would be a useful saltwater food

Butters, I was kinda wondering about that myself, I may just mix up 5 gallons of SW and dump some MWs in and see how long they live.

Well I don't know how long they live in SW, but I put some in my tank now and then. My crabs, shrimp and some corals seem to like it
