Can someone list out what I need to get a phosban 150 reactor setup for biopellets?
I went to J&L today and he didn't really know what I'd need exactly.

1. Phosban 150
2. Pellets
3. Pump of some sort (Maxijet 1200 most commonly, but I run a manifold off my Eheim 1260)
4. Plastic stitch meshing (available at Michael's for about $3)

what's so diff about the vertex and phosban that makes one better than the other? or is it just build quality?

I've been wanting to upgrade my return pump, will a sedra2500 be good to run a reactor?
I wanted to upgrade to a tunze silence pump for a return. (250 gph for sedra vs 634 for tunze)

The Vertex has a larger capacity and uses larger fittings (1/2" vs 3/8") so you can run more flow through the pellets to keep them tumbling.

I use a phosban 150 and it works fine. So people have had issues will getting the pellets to tumble in a phosban using a powerhead but my Eheim 1260 blasts through flow without issue.

There's a bigger phosban reactor if the 150 is a bit of an issue.
