lots of little beige annoemes looking things

i have lots of little beige annoemes looking things growing on my live rock and glass. are they good bad? do i want to rid my tank of them?

Can you post a pic. Sounds like apatasia. If they are, they are bad. You can get a pepermint or a racoon buterfly to rid them.
