![]() Langley peeps............. check the Thunderbird Village to see if the Five Guys burgers has opened.
![]() Thunderbird Village 201599 88 Avenue Langley, BC V1M 0A4 http://maps.google.com/maps?saddr=va...88,-122.663105 I went to the 5 Guys that opened in Seattle a couple months back. These Americans don't fool around. The normal burgers have 2 patties (if you want something smaller you have to order the "Little" burger which has one patty). The only complaint I have is the bun was not big enough....... they easily were soaked with all the juicy goodness of the patties and whatever you put on them (fried onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc) A friend & I both ordered a "regular" sizes fries.......... they gave us so much (think 3 Wendy's biggie fries) that we could have easily shared 1 order. The fries were also cooked in peanut oil......... tasted so much better. It's going to be interesting to see if the Langley store can offer the same size portions as the stores in the states. http://www.fiveguys.com/index.aspx Cheers, Vic |
