Problems with Email and Phone Today Jan 27th only

For those of you attempting to call or email Ocean Aquatics today there were issues with the phone line. The business next door was robbed and the phone lines were cut which included the phone lines to OA as well. As a result they've been without phone and internet all day.

The problem should be resolved by now (hopefully) but for those of you experiencing issues today, that is why.
