Default Lets see your chalices

If you have a chalice/encino coral, please post a pic.

If possible please note placement and rate of growth info.

Seriously thinking of getting me a bunch of chalice frags.

All sitting on the bottom of my frag tank with diffused 30x/hr turnover and 250W MH about 30" above. Growth is pretty slow relative to most other types of coral that I keep.

(this is a picture that I took of the mother colony and looks much nicer than the frag)

Growth is much slower than most SPS and soft corals which is generally true of all LPS. I guess they might gain around 1/2" to 1" in a year or maybe that is just mine so far. I have 4 different chalice frags and the oldest I've only had for maybe two years so I dont have a great deal of experiance with them.
