Hey Cory check E-Bay, I have a 30" T5HO 4 x 24w an the way for just over $100 including shipping.

Not sure if you ant a finished fixture, or if you could do a canopy, but i picked up 2 24" 24w T5HO's at Quick Grow in Calgary for $30 each. They are just strips with no reflectors but 3 of them light up my 15g pretty good.
