![]() Hello
Very excited getting into the hobby as well as the kidlets. I am looking for any kind of relatively easy corals. I was thinking frogspawn, leathers, mushroom or toadstool. Tank is a 72 Gallon taller type with 4 t5 HO bulbs. I bought one mushroom plate at LFS, but prefer to use this great forum. Any other suggestions for starter corals would be greatly appreciated. Thank You Last edited by fire&sputum; 12-08-2009 at 08:22 PM. |

![]() Hi there, welcome to the hobby, be warned you may get hooked!
You are on the right track, hammer corals are also quite hardy and a little more colourful than the usual leather and soft corals. It is worth doing some research on setting the tank up, there are some good threads on canreef to point you in th eright direction and I would certainly recommend having a chat with Kevin at Red Coral for some good advice. Good luck |
