Can anyone identify these 2 growths.

The first one developed over the past few weeks. It is a black mold type growth and feels as such. About the size of a loonie. Is there a name for it and is it ok?

The second pic shows a white/gray fuzzy looking growth that I just noticed. Again, is there a name for it and is it ok? About the size of a quarter.

the second looks like a sponge,good,I have lots of them on my rock,filter feeding,1rst looks like cyno.

second pic is a colonial tunicate, neat critters

The first one looks like cyanobacteria to me (it comes in many colors), but the pic isn't the best, so I could be wrong.

or they could actually both be sponges.... need better/more pictures to be certain
