FS: 250w Metal Halide ballast and bulb

as the title states 250w Metal Halide ballast and bulb. i bought it used but i ended buying another set of lights cause i couldn't get any reflectors with this one so i ended up not even using it. light is in working order and in very good condition. will have pictures later in the week.

sorry i guess i should be a little bit more clear. i am not too sure what brand it is as all it is a in a black rectangular metal box with it hooked up to a mogul bulb. i believe the ballast is magnetic NOT HQI.

It's just the shipping. But I know you can tell them its COD, then they collect the FULL price and shipping from me, but then GH takes forever to pay the seller. Isn't allways nice. But for the shipping fee's, you just tell them that its freight collect, and then they just charge the recipient the shipping when they pick the goods up. Email Interact money transfer is the best way to pay for goods too. If your set up to bank online, you can enter anyones email address, and send them money, without knowing any of their banking info.
