Default CF Fuge bulb works

Proof that those 23W 5000K spiral, integral reflector CF bulbs work well or I really have a nutrient problem but here's what's garbage (gallon ice-cream pail for reference) after 3-4 weeks starting from a grapefruit size ball. Thinking my pod population takes a hit every few weeks as well.
