![]() not being a party animal so was somewhat bored spending holiday at home. decided to look at boxes of dead pumps, past-prime scrapers in garage. an idea popped into head (encouraged by thoughts that new magnetic holders cost arm and more than a leg at lfs). so i procede to yank off pump bodies from magnetic bases and were left with two magnetic discs. next i gelglued frag pieces onto discs and stuck them around tank for a fresh and pleasing look. hint: now you can have a new fresh look whenever you desire. with the larger magnetic scrapers i find i can glue two and even 3 frags onto one if you have them facing different directions, yes even horizontal position. i even made a mini frag tray with some eggcrate and two discs that i can attach anywhere.

![]() here's an idea for you if you have a k4 magnet, it comes with a ball/pin rotating thing for the powerhead. if you culculate the weight of what this magnet will hold you could pick up a shelf piece of lr then drill it to the size of the pin the korilia needs for the powerhead and voila a real looking frag stand or more like a real looking reef shelf, with four of these magnets the shelf could be several lbs and much more larger..... to go 1 step farther drill the shelf and attach acrylic rods to your frags now your able to move them around the shelf as they grow!
