![]() I'm in the process of plumbing my first tank. Here are a couple questions:
Should I have a ball valve on my return? Where can I buy slip on check and ball valves from in Edmonton? I looked in Home Depot and all they had was threaded type valves and no check valves. Should I use flexible hose from the pump to return line? |

![]() Question 1: By putting a valve on your return you can control the flow from your pump, do not put a valve on your suction side.
Question 2: You can get shut off valves and check valves at any of the hot tub stores in edmonton at the service counter. Question 3: And yes i would not hard pipe in any pumps, if you use the flex it helps with the vibration and noise problems. This is just my opinion, but it has always worked for me. |
