I used to live in Ft. Mac but that was before my salty hobby started. They have a small amount of saltly tanks at the pet store up there.

My tanks are in Edmonton but I seem to spend most of my time in the Fort.

i was just wondering if there were many people in the area that kept tanks. i moved up here 3 months ago and just set up a 50g with 20g sump and i was wondering if anyone had anything they wanted to sell. i am also planning an order with JL and i thought i should check and see if anyone wanted in on it. |

I found in the past that it didn't go so well, heat packs and all. Just curious! I live in the Okanagan and don't try to order this late in the season. Cool though about the tank, hey maybe a new L.F.S. that sells salt stuff might be an idea. Lots of money up there? ________ volcano classic vaporizer Last edited by Leah; 01-20-2011 at 11:54 AM. |

i have done an order with ocean aq when i was in nova scotia in mid winter and the fish and corals were fine. i guess it depends how long the transition is from when they are shipped until you start acclimating them. the flight from bc is very short and if i am there to pick them up when they arrive i think they will be fine. atleast, i hope they will be.
