Oh no - problem with our fav Yellow Leather Coral
Hope someone can tell us what is happening. These yellow lines first started appearing 3 days ago. Today, there are some spots along the yellow lines where the coral flesh is gone - like a small sore. We've had this coral for 2 years and really hope you experts can give us some idea of what's happening and what we can do about it. Thanks.

What type of flow do you have in the tank?
How big? My big finger leather I have in my refugium started doing this and I increased the flow and it's all better now.

Im not sure but cant you make a strong solution of tank water and iodine in a cup and use a syringe to administer this over the coral? Maybe someone can verify this.

when mine did that I gave it more flow and more light and it recovered nicely.
