Can't access J&L website from home?
Very weird problem... I can't access the J&L website from my home laptop... haven't been able to for as long as I can remember. No idea why this is..
I use my parent's laptop, and I can access the site, but it hangs on certain pages (checkouts, etc..) No idea why this is happening.. and I am not sure if it's something I can resolve or not, it's just so weird?? Any tips or things I can try? Sure would be nice to be able to view their website from home. All other sites work fine. I have deleted cookies, temp files, etc, and still nothing.

Do you use Internet Explorer or Firefox or something else? It could be your browser malfuctioning. I had a similar problem with IE, so I installed Firefox, and have been problem free ever since.

Doesn't matter. Just because your IE is broken doesn't mean mine is, or your neighbours, or some guy from Timbuktu. It's not the program that is faulty, it's your specific one that may be damaged due to viruses or w.h.y. Firefox is easy to DL, and it doesn't delete your IE. You can still use IE if you DL Firefox. Just go DL Firefox, and see if it works. It's a simple fix.

I don't think he has stated his IE is broken??
But to add, I use both and it doesn't work on either browser.

I didn't think my IE was broken either. It worked fine on all sites except YouTube and MOPS. I DLed Firefox, and I can use both of those sites now. If I open my IE, I can't go to them.
