will these eat my christmas tree worms?

i read they will eat tubeworms, but will my christmas tree worms be protected in their rock?

I have had bunch of x-mas tree worms and a flame hawk together for a year & half. The hawk hasn't bothered them. Interesting to hear though.

I don't have any x-mas tree worms but my flame hawk has shown no interest in my feather dusters and coco worms. He is still quite small though but hopefully he will leave them alone.

hmmm thanks for your help guys.

I guess there's only one way to find out for sure..........

will just have to keep a close eye on them.

You should be ok as long as you keep him well fed. That being said each fish is different and I think your idea of keeping an eye on him is best.
