![]() Since some of us out of towners can't get to your store to see what you currently have, how about adding a link on your website that displays the latest and greatest. For instance, J&L has a "New and Noteworthy" section that does just that. I believe this would be a great way to help some of us deprived reefers who can't get out to the stores. Of course the key to this is to keep it as current as possible, daily updates would be nice. Doing this would most probably increase business flow (not saying that you need it) and provide us reefers with a more precise stocklist, rather than the generic stocklist you currently have. Just a thought from a highly dependent online shopper.

![]() There is a newsletter that is sent out every couple of weeks as well if you haven't already signed up for it.

![]() I do recieve those newsletters but it hardly contains any fish, usually just corals. Would be great to get a fish stocklist with pictures everytime a new shipment comes in.

![]() I truly wish there was an easy way to do this. But with livestock almost everything is a unique SKU, if anyone has ideas that are not as labour intensive please let me know.
Have some patience and let us get through our summer reno, double the space and lots more water and hopefully we can address this issue better. Thank you for your comments and thanks to all for their support. All the best. Wendell |

![]() How about not attaching the sku's to this section of the website, instead use it to merely represent what you have currently. To purchase anything from this section would require a phone call to confirm the availability. Sku's can be handled by you at the time of purchase. The important point is to keep it up to date daily. Not sure if this make sense to you.

![]() Maybe once your done your reno could you consider a few more website upgrades? I would love it if your products had a better set of descriptions to them. Maybe a bit more attention made to how your describe your products. E.g. standoffs, specify if your selling them in a pair for the price listed, or each.
Just a bit more of a description on your products would really help. I personally would probably buy more rather then heading to your competitor's website where I can get the information I need. Good luck on your reno! |

![]() I agree with the others. Your competitor's "New and Noteworthy" section is a fantastic as a teaser in marketing parlance. Doesn't have to be anything fancy. Just throw up whatever special livestock you've presently got in stock.
And renos, eh? I'm popping in just to get the low down! ![]() |
